Building management

    Customer relation

    • Community service to create link among co-property owners i.e. Newyear, Children day, Father and Mother day, Songkran festival, etc. The project activities will be proposed by our teams for juristic committee to approve

    Service guarantee

    • Building managers will be assigned to manage and control service quality at sites. There are internal audit process by HQ staff to inspect and cross-check the service delivery of site operation in regular basis. In case of employee negligence to result in property damage, the company will come to settle the damage cost for such an incident.

    Juristic office registration for condominium and housing

    • Coordinate for Land measure and prepare title document
    • Coordinate to acquire permit for construction and building operation
    • Coordinate for EIA study
    • Coordinate for asset list, and property owner proportion
    • Coordinate to request utilities
    • Coordinate to request property registration
    • Coordinate to build both common and individual asset
    • Coordinate to build a property rule and instruction according to applicable law

    Provide outsourcing services for large scale projects to enhance property service, lift up property value, and maximize the best utilization of space

    • Cleaner, to provide janitorial service to assigned property
    • Security guard, to provide sufficient security service
    • Landscape staff, to provide tree trimming, fertilizing, irrigating
    • Pesticide control staff, to provide pesticide control monthly service
    • Admin, to provide coordinator for administrative work in working with public and private sectors. Coordinate for fire drill, mailing, and billing services
    • Technician, to provide building operator and maintenance crew to operate and maintain machinery with support from head office staff
    • Wastewater pretreatment operator & inspector, to provide experienced staff to inspect and/or operate pretreatment plant in facility

    Provide a one-stop service for property owner who wishes to hand off from operation. The property owner gives the right to company to manage a contract directly to renter. The property owner can downsize its people and operation with a fix revenue given by company. The company will accountable for all operations to operate and maintain property asset

    • Take a concession for the right to use property in order to operate and collect its own revenue. Ideal is for Building, Apartment, Dormitory, Market

    By having full right to collect revenue, the company will provide the service below in return

    • Cleaner, to provide janitorial service to assigned property
    • Security guard, to provide sufficient security service
    • Landscape staff, to provide tree trimming, fertilizing, irrigating
    • Pesticide control staff, to provide pesticide control monthly service
    • Building operator & maintenance , to provide building operator and maintenance crew to operate and maintain machinery (*Maintenance detail upon case-by-case contract, and normally excluded machine part replacement)
    • Admin, to provide coordinator for administrative work in working with public and private sectors.
    • Coordinator, to contact renter, make announcement, public relation, and make rules to control the use of property in compliance with safety regulation

    This is a service to support new property owner who just enters to the market and lack of manpower and expertise. It is also good for Property owner who wishes not to obtain more manpower during selling and transaction. We can provide staff to sell and to coordinate for property buying transaction as follow

    • Manage sell team on site
    • Manage customer service work to coordinate buyer to verify defect, and to sign acceptance when work correction is complete.
    • Manage to coordinate paper work, coordinate with financial institute, coordinate with Land department for title transaction
